"Fund for the Support and Development of Environmental and Other Socially significant projects" Tusta "(Useful) It was created to support the only Federal state budgetary institution in the Republic of Kalmykia ,the State Natural Biosphere Reserve "Black Lands", which is located in the zone of dry steppes and semi-deserts in the center of anthropogenic desertification and on Lake Manych Gudilo to create a resting zone for water-swimming and near-water birds.

Our mission
Testa is a useful word in translation from the Kalmyk language.
We want charity to be not an impersonal transfer of money, but an action, the result of which you can see.
To preserve nature for our children, to create an infrastructure for eco-tourism is one of the main tools for achieving this goal. The development of ecotourism will provide an additional source of financing for environmental protection activities, create jobs in the region, and stimulate the revival of ethno-cultural heritage.
We promote activities in the field of education, science, culture, art, enlightenment, and spiritual development of the individual.
We provide assistance in organizing the publication of books by national authors of Kalmykia.
We assist in the organization and implementation of renewable energy
